Scope of work
Every project starts with a call and a written scope: what we're delivering, what we need from you, and when. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts — no surprise invoices.
Timelines
Most requests are delivered within 72 hours. Larger builds — full websites, grant applications — are broken into milestones so you see progress every few days. Timelines assume we have the assets and feedback we've asked for; delays on that side move the delivery date.
Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included in every package. We'd rather iterate a few more times than have you settle for something that doesn't feel right. Revisions apply to the agreed scope; a new direction after sign-off is a new scope.
Payment & plans
Packages start at the prices listed on our pricing page. Payment plans are available on every package — no interest, no hidden fees — and are agreed during your call. Work begins once the first payment clears.
Refunds
Every package is backed by our 7-day money back guarantee. If we haven't delivered value within 7 days of your purchase, tell us and we'll refund you. Refunds are not available after that 7-day window.
Ownership
On final payment, full ownership of the delivered work — logos, source files, site, edits — transfers to you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
